No brand impersonation
You may not use this store, its products or its imagery to imitate, imply affiliation with, or pass off goods as those of any hotel chain or third-party brand. Our products are Rutherford's own; they are not affiliated with or endorsed by any hotel group.
No infant or cot products
We do not sell, and you may not resell through any association with us, cots, cribs, infant sleep products or other baby goods, which are subject to strict safety standards outside the scope of our range.
Trademark
The "Rutherford" name and marks may not be used for any unauthorised service, in particular any accommodation or hospitality service, or in any way that suggests an endorsement we have not given.
Lawful use
