Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 always apply and are not limited by this policy.

Faulty, damaged or not as described
If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will repair, replace or refund such items at no additional cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide a prepaid return label where a return is required.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns, we accept unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This change-of-mind policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Hygiene exclusions
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or used, unless they are faulty:
- Opened bedding, sheet sets, pillows, robes and slippers
- Travel pillows, eye masks and ear plugs once unsealed
- Aromatherapy oils, candles and sachets once opened
How to return
All returns must be authorised by our customer service team before sending. Email us to request a return authorisation, and please ship to the address provided in that authorisation. We are unable to process returns sent without prior authorisation. Where an order was delivered to the address you provided at checkout, please contact us before that order ships if the address needs to change.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, via the payment provider used for your order (Stripe or PayPal), typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty. We do not offer "no refund" or "all sales final" terms that would override your statutory rights or the buyer-protection rules of our payment providers.
