Processing & tracking

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Every order ships with online tracking, and you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once it's on the way.

Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us before your order ships — we're unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates

Estimates are indicative and begin once an order has shipped. Carrier delays, customs and remote destinations can extend transit times.

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada, UK & EU: 6–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 8–16 business days

Shipping costs, duties & taxes

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Where applicable, sales tax / VAT is calculated automatically at payment.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7+ business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
